Ingredients:
- Ghee: 2 teaspoons
- Whole garam masala (cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves, black pepper): 1 each
- Finely chopped onion: 1 small
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
- Chopped spinach: 1 cup
- Cubed potato: 1 small
- Soya chunks: 1 cup
- Turmeric powder: ¼ teaspoon
- Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder: ¼ teaspoon
- Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Washed and drained rice: ½ cup
- Water as required
Directions:
- In a pressure cooker, heat oil and stir-fry whole garam masalas for few seconds.
- Add in the chopped onion and cook for a minute on medium-high flame.
- Add ginger garlic paste and stir well.
- Add the spinach, potato and soya chunks along with the powdered spices, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Wash and drain the rice and add to the pressure cooker. Mix all the ingredients well, add 1 cup water and pressure cook until 1 whistle.
- Remove and pack in the tiffin box.
