Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork loin steaks
- Marinade:
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Directions:
- Combine the marinade ingredients in a non-metallic bowl and place pork steaks in the bowl.
- Cover and marinate for 2-hours to overnight in the refrigerator.
- Barbecue over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the steak.
