Chocolate, Fig and Inca Berry Slice

Ingredients:
- Fruit Layer
- 150g Fruit for Life Dried Figs
- 1/3 Cup (40g) Dried Inca Berries
- 1/3 Cup of Water
- 4 tsp Norbu
- Chocolate Layer
- 2 Tbsp (24g) 100% Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbsp (14g) Melted Coconut Oil
Directions:
- Soak the figs and inca berries in a bowl of water for 2-3 hours, until soft
- Roughly chop and add to a saucepan with the water and Norbu
- Bring to a boil and then simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly
- Once the mixture is nice and thick, remove from the heat and allow to cool
- Add to a blender and pulse until relatively smooth
- Transfer to a silicone mold and create an even layer
- Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up
- Take the chocolate ingredients, mix together and pour on top of the fruit layer
- Return the slice to the freezer for 5 minutes for the chocolate to set
- Carefully remove from the silicone mold and slice into even pieces
- For best results, store in the fridge or freezer
