Kale, Broccoli and Avocado Hummus Wraps

Ingredients:
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1 tsp black pepper (ground)
- 2 cups broccoli (sliced florets)
- 1 1⁄2 cups hummus
- 1⁄2 lb kale
- 4 medium scallion (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 4 tortillas tortilla wrap
Directions:
- Boil the sliced broccoli florets and kale together in a pot with water and salt for about 5 minutes until slightly soft.
- Add some hummus, broccoli and kale to the wrap and put another layer of hummus on top before you add the avocado and scallion.
- Add the pepper and adjust the taste before you roll it.
