Energy Balls with Almonds, Cacao and Coconut Cream

Ingredients:
- 1⁄4 cup almonds (crushed and roasted)
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- 1⁄4 cup coconut cream
- 1⁄4 cup coconut flakes (roasted)
- 1⁄4 cup goji berries (soaked in water for 5 min. and finely chopped)
- 2 tbsps maple syrup
- 1⁄4 cup raisins (finely chopped)
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1⁄4 cup sesame seeds (roasted)
- 1 cup tsampa
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients together until smooth, except of the coconut flakes.
- Make energy balls with your hands and coat them in the roasted coconut flakes.
- Energy balls taste best if you serve them chilled.
