Fat Free Banana Pineapple Cupcake

- 3 large egg whites
- 4 large ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (freshly crushed in blender)
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup Natvia
- 1 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a large mixing bowl mash up bananas.
- Add in pineapple, applesauce, Natvia, flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract and mix to combine
- In a separate bowl beat egg whites till stiff peaks form. Fold in egg whites into banana mixture. Pour into cupcake tin and bake at 170 degrees celsius for 18 minutes.
