Pakora and Makhana Bhaaji from a Sindhi Kitchen

Ingredients:
Makana Bhaaji
- 1 small bowl of Dagh Masala
- 1 bowl of Lotus Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup warm water
Pakora Bhaaji
- 1 small bowl of Daag Masala
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 cup Hot Water
- 1 small bowl of Pakora's
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves
Directions:
Makana Bhaaji
- Heat the dagh masala in a cooker and mix it well.
- Then add the lotus seeds into the masala and mix it for 1-2 mins.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves & salt and mix again.
- Pour some water and close the lid of the cooker. Let it cook and serve.
Pakora Bhaaji
- In a pan, add in dagh masala along with coriander powder, garam masala, salt & hot water.
- Let it cook for 1-2 mins.
- Add ready pakora’s into the gravy along with some coriander leaves and let it cook.
