Servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
  • ½ cup Rice flour
  • Salt
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ghee
  • Water
  • Banana leaves
Directions:
  1. Add a pinch of salt, sugar, and ghee to roasted rice flour and mix well.
  2. Add water and create a dosa consistency batter.
  3. Smear on banana leaves and roll.
  4. Tie with string and steam for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Once steamed, remove, cool and unroll.
  6. Cut into pieces and use as required. If using later, place in water.
