                            Ingredients:
                        
 
                        
                        - 1 and 1/2 tbsp oil
 - 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)
 - 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder (haldi)
 - 1 tomato
 - 1 onion
 - 1 capsicum (shimla mirch)
 - 100g paneer
 - mix masala according to taste
 - Salt according to taste
 
                          Directions:
                        
 
                    
                        
                        - Heat 1 to 11/2 tbsp of oil
 - Once the oil is heated add the 1/2 tbsp jeera
 - Add 1/4 tbsp haldi
 - Add the chopped tomato
 - Add the chopped onions
 - Mix everything together
 - Once the onions and tomatoes become soft add the capsicum
 - Add 1 tbsp of mixed masala
 - Add salt according to taste
 - Add the paneer now. If added earlier it tends to break
