                            Ingredients:
                        
 
                        
                        - For the Rice
- 2 cups short-grain rice
- 4 cups water
- For theSushi
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1⁄2 cucumber (sliced)
- 8 sheets nori dried seaweed sheet
- 1 small red bell pepper (sliced)
- For the Dip
- 8 tbsps soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons wasabi
                          Directions:
                        
 
                    
                        
                        - Boil the rice in the water until soft for about 30 minutes.
- Use a bamboo mat and put the seaweed on it and add half a cup rice and the vegetables.
- The bamboo mat makes it easy to create a nice sushi roll.
- Slice the sushi roll into pieces and serve with wasabi and soy sauce.
